Are you planning to find a partner to open a branch in East Malaysia??
The food were good and staff were friendly. Generally crowded most of the time, so might have to wait.
MoreOk gong Pao sauce is nice with porridge.3 for price of 2. Still good.
frog was very tender and good service was very quick even at peak hours
you should try once, amazing taste for food lover
Standard had drop. But still many tourist love to come. I rather skip
Really one of the best frog porridge in Singapore. The meat is super tender. The porridge is not the best but is definitely good enough. Just not to be misguided that its Michelin star as it's only michelin recommended. No star. But definitely a place that's always packed and worth eating at.
MoreThe frog legs is nice and tender. There's other dishes to choose from. Weekends will be v v crowded. Try goin on weekdays. And they only operate at night.
MoreOriginated from Geylang. One business that is extremely careful with the sauce and the preparation of frog's legs. Knew the boss since my school days. Go for the dried chilli pot.
MoreWas new to this but it's so well -known that we had to try it. Brought a guest here too. Frog legs were tender and delicious. Porridge was very nice. The menu is also quite extensive so there are many options for the squeamish. Waiting time is a bit longer than average. Enjoyed it.
MoreThis place gives you a flavorful porridge. Waiting time is a bit long when there's too any crowd. But the food is worth the wait. Recommended!
MoreGreat food! My family has been a regular customer here and we usually get our free veg dish here as well.
MoreTheir dried chilli frog (remember to ask for extra spicy) is best. Porridge is smooth… Opens till late… Always my favourite place for supper… Other dishes are well cooked and delicious as well… 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻Recommend to go late or non-peak hour.Dishes include 奶白 is superb…
MoreA very fragrant frog porridge!Open late at night, was here at 2 am on Saturday night and didn't have to wait to be seated.Succulent frog meat.
MoreServes good frog porridge and their side dishes are average. Be prepared to wait for about 30mins on average for the food to come. Parking near the restaurant might be a hassle to find if you're driving or riding there.
MoreThe frog tastes very fresh. The sauce is not too salty. The porridge gets watery very fast.
MoreVery popular restaurant. Beware: it's super crowded and hectic. We waited about 30 minutes to get our food. It's the first time I went to frog porridge restaurant. The food is good and tasty, but too salty. However, I took rice instead of porridge. I could have needed 2-3 bowls of rice.
MoreGood place to get local but the cleanliness need to improve
Worst service ever. I just wanna try frog porridge. I came only one person but waitress force me to buy middle size one 16$ (2+1 frogs) that is too much for me. I said no. I want to buy small size 8$(only 1). Finally, she won’t sell me if I buy only 1. Waste my time and moneys to get there.
MorePorridge is nice and frog cooked in gong pao is nice. But it is a very noise and hot place. Service is basic essentials only. Go early if u do not want to wait for tables.
MoreThe porridge and the white pepper version is amazing! Their zi char dishes are also worth trying. It's one of the best frog porridge in Singapore. Queues and waiting time can be quite long during peak hours. Ambiance is noisy and hot though since it's a coffee shop by the road.
MoreNice buy 2 get 1 free
Kongpao frog was very yummy, and very tender, bought 3 get 1 free for $22. Porridge is super smooth, obviously cooked for a very long time to achieve this level of consistency. Overall a very good meal. Note porridge, vegetables, drinks all cost extra on top of the frogs.
MoreThis is a basically the place where you have the rice porridge and frog legs in another pot. mix it all together and just have it. even in the late evening hours you will face a crowd so expect at least 10 to 15 minutes to be seated.
MoreGong Pao sauce tastes good with porridge. 3 frog legs for price of 2 is pretty reasonable.
MoreMeat was tender and other dishes were good too. Long queue.
Go there if you want to spend money to waste your time and experience bad attitude. The frog porridge is decent but not good enough for the bad experience. They dont even want to acknowledge you when you want to order, bring the wrong order yet they still can tsk you and roll their eyes as if you are the one in the wrong. By the way, the buy 2 get 1 free will be more worth it than the buy 3 get 1 free. Do your own maths. Anyways, it is $13 if you buy 2 with no free frog, so the FREE frog is actually $3.
MoreVery good frog porridge. The vegetables on offer were fresh and well prepared as well. Generally, I would recommend 2 frogs per person, unless you do not hv much of an appetite or are a petite eater.
MoreHeavenly frog porridge
Queue for seats, and wait a fair bit for food to be served. Worth the wait for a taste of frogs, better than chicken, but not that earth shattering. The house sauce for the frogs we ordered is nothing more than chili crab sauce. Medium size porridge is equivalent to 3 bowls. The $16 frog dish is substantial for 3 of us.
MoreNice frog porridge with wide range of options. They open till late night. So, it is good of after party meal.
MoreStrong flavoured sauce goes very well with smooth plain porridge. Great for first timer!
MoreMy first time eating frog. Not too bad. Affordable price. Located on Geylang Lor 17
MoreFood is good and busy place. Be prepared to wait for good food.
Definitely thought the sign was a joke, but they actually make frog porridge here. With fresh frogs, and it is absolutely delicious. Will definitely be back next time I'm in Singapore.
MoreThe frog porridge was brilliant and worth coming here. But all other dishes are pretty average. It is not the best tasting frog porridge according to our local drivers and it is not the cheapest neither. It is very popular though, so expect the long wait and slow service or even there are any service. The average time for a basic frog porridge will be at least 20-30mins.After all it is worth trying and average environment in Singapore. Don’t expect too much though.
MoreTasty frog porridge open till late at night.
The food is good but not good enough to warrant rude service from the angry Chinese speaking waitress. Porridge came way before the main dish so we had spicy frog legs with cold porridge. I wouldn’t recommend that to anyone looking for a pleasant experience. They definitely do not deserve the so-called Michelin Guide. Order at your own risk.
MoreForgot to take photo coz can't wait to dig in
The porridge was nice, but the service was very poor.
The food not bad, but the service is very bad. Lady that take down the orders is rude, sound like own her $$.
MoreGreat food! Undeniably good! Not much of service oriented but gets the job done.
I come here to eat a few times a month, I like frog porridge here, the best frog porridge in Singapore.
MoreGood price, delicious frog.
Nice! Crowded but worth the wait and nice food. Reasonably priced. Must try.
The gong bao frog legs is delicious but it's quite spicy so I need more porridge to neutralize it. I heard ppl asking for more chilli.....
MoreNot the cheapest, but taste wise it's worth eating. Love the takeaway service just via phonecall!
MoreVery good taste..
The frogs porridge is very tasty n spicy n they have other side dishes like chilli crabs .Must try .
MoreBest frog porridge in Singapore. Don't miss it while you are here, it's a must-eat.
MoreGreat local food here. Where the locals eat. Well worth trying. The food is very tasty.
